About this tool
Set a countdown in hours, minutes, and seconds, or start quickly with a preset from 30 seconds through 60 minutes. A donut ring shows the remaining proportion using remaining time ÷ starting duration, while the timestamp-based countdown avoids relying only on interval ticks. Start, pause, resume, and reset controls support interruptions without losing the intended session. A 10-minute timer can pace a presentation section, 30 seconds can time a stretch, and 25 minutes can define a focus block. The full-screen view is useful across a classroom, kitchen, meeting room, or workout space. Background, ring, and text colors can be adjusted for visibility, with optional glow, pulsation near the end, and a red final warning during the last 10%. Browser timers are convenient but should not replace safety-critical alarms. Keep the device awake and volume expectations separate because the main feedback is visual. If a tab becomes inactive, timestamp comparison helps the displayed remainder catch up when it returns. Reset before entering a substantially different duration.
How to use
Choose a preset, or fill in "Hours," "Min," and "Sec" for a custom countdown.
Adjust "Background" and "Color" under "Appearance," with optional "Glow effect," "Pulsate near end," and "Final warning (red)" toggles.
Press "Start"; while counting, use "Pause," "Resume," "Reset," or "New Timer" as needed.
Tap the fullscreen icon when you want the timer to fill the display.
