Clean inconsistent whitespace with independent controls for trimming edges, collapsing repeated spaces, removing line breaks, or removing every space. Trimming deletes whitespace only at the beginning and end. Collapsing turns runs such as three spaces into one. Line-break removal joins lines, while “Remove ALL spaces” produces uninterrupted text and should be used cautiously. The input “ Order number 42 ” can become “Order number 42” after trimming and collapsing. A copied address split across 3 lines can be joined for a single-line form field. Removing all spaces from “AB 12 CD” produces “AB12CD,” which can help normalize reference codes but would make an ordinary paragraph unreadable. Paste the original, enable only the operations needed, and copy the output. The tool changes whitespace rather than spelling, punctuation, or meaning, but joining lines without inserting suitable separators can accidentally merge words. Tabs and unusual whitespace may be normalized along with visible spaces, depending on the option.
